Create a free management company account and accept the partner agreement. Takes under two minutes.

Get your referral link
Every partner gets a unique 10-character referral code. Share it directly with boards or embed the link on your site.

HOAs subscribe through your link
Referred HOAs pick their HOA Simplify plan and complete signup. The referral is attached automatically.

Commission accrues on every payment
20% of each HOA subscription payment is credited to your partner ledger as soon as Stripe confirms it.

Monthly payouts via Stripe Connect
Payouts run on the first of each month. Balances above $25 are transferred straight to your connected Stripe account.

Nothing. As a partner you get the full HOA Simplify management portal free — manage unlimited HOAs, unlimited team seats, every feature. You only earn; you are never billed.
Payouts run monthly. Any month where your accrued balance is $25 or more, the full balance is transferred to your Stripe account. Balances below the threshold roll over to the next month.
20% for the life of the referred HOA's subscription. As long as they stay on HOA Simplify, you keep earning on every payment they make — including renewals and upgrades.
Yes. We use Stripe Connect for payouts, so you will connect (or create) a Stripe Express account during partner onboarding. It is free and takes a few minutes.
