Yes. Resident online payments include Stripe processing fees plus a platform fee: 0.75% (with a $5.00 minimum) for PMC-managed HOAs, and 1.25% for standalone HOAs.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
